After you take the evaluation, you'll receive your results and care plan within 48 hrs. A dedicated care navigator will reach out to you to ask about your care preferences and help connect you with providers and services that fit your needs.

Take the evaluation & connect to care
You'll get a comprehensive mental health evaluation report and a dedicated care navigator who will help you find care options that work for you. After you sign up, you'll receive a text with a link to take the assessment. It takes between 5-45 minutes depending on your responses. After you complete the assessment, we'll return your results and care plan within 48 hours. One of our care navigators will reach out over the phone to collect your preferences for care and provide you with options within 1 week.

How does the evaluation work?
Bruin's evaluation software leverages evidence-based assessments and references best in class clinical research to automatically assess for a variety of mental health symptoms, risk factors, and root causes. Bruin's software is then able to select evidence-based psychotherapies based on how they work and which ones would most efficiently target a given person's psychological profile.
Does Bruin provide treatment?
No, Bruin does not provide mental health treatment. Bruin's evaluation software helps you better understand your mental health and Bruin's care navigators help you connect with care options that fit your care plan and preferences.
How does Bruin connect me with care?
Bruin's care navigator will reach out to you over text after your care plan has been released. They will ask you if you have preferences based on the results (type of provider, provider characteristics, payment preferences). The care navigator will then research options for you, confirm availability, and present provider options to you.
Do I have to connect with care?
Not at all! Not everyone is ready to start mental health care. In fact, going through a Bruin evaluation is a great first step to gain insight into how you're feeling and why. It's entirely up to you whether you want to engage with the care options listed in your care plan. If you do, our care navigators are there to help!
Are there any eligibility requirements?
At this time, Bruin can only support adults 18 years or older. Bruin is not a good fit if you are in crisis and need immediate support. Call 988 or go to the emergency room if you are currently in crisis.
